Who we are
The PHNX Collective is an event venue at 139 Railroad Street, Trussville, Alabama 35173, operated by Six34 LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Six34 LLC doing business as The PHNX Collective. You can reach us at events@phnxtrussville.com or (205) 634-1310.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill out our contact form, email, call, or text us, we collect what you share: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, and anything you write in your message. When you book, we also collect the details in your rental agreement.
Payments. Payment card details are never collected through this website. If you keep a card on file with us for rentals, add-ons, or extra hours, it is handled through our payment processor.
What your browser shares automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic visit information through Squarespace analytics and Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and the site that sent you here. This is collected using cookies.
Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep out spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google, and it is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, check your date, and schedule your tour.
- To prepare your rental agreement, take your reservation, and plan your event with you.
- To send you messages about your booking and your event.
- To understand how people use our website so we can make it better.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run our business: Squarespace (our website and forms), Google (analytics and spam protection), our email provider, and our payment processor. They receive only what they need to do that job. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Squarespace and Google Analytics use cookies to keep the site working and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Event photos
Every host signs a photo release as part of booking, and we may share photos from events here, on our website and social media. If you'd like a photo of you taken down, email us and we will remove it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them for your event and for our business, tax, and legal records, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email events@phnxtrussville.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
