What is a peak date?
Peak dates are the spring and fall weekends when most couples want to get married. Weddings are often planned a year or more ahead, and these are the weekends couples ask for first.
We host one event a day in one room, so we hold peak dates for weddings first. It's how we protect a couple's dream date without shutting out the showers, birthdays, and milestones that matter just as much. If your event lands on a peak date, you have two ways to book it.
Lock it in now
$1,200 Sunday · $1,500 SaturdayBook today and the date is yours, guaranteed. The peak rate covers taking that date off the table for weddings, and once it's booked, no one else can claim it.
Wait for the six-month mark
$600 Sunday · $800 SaturdayIf no wedding has booked a peak date six months before it arrives, it opens at our standard rate. The tradeoff: until then, the date can still be booked by a wedding or by someone who locks it in. Best if your date is flexible.
You'd like a Saturday in mid-October 2027 for a 40th birthday. Lock it in today for $1,500 and it's yours. Or wait: if no wedding has booked that Saturday by mid-April 2027, it opens at $800.

We're closed and not booking on March 27 and 28 (Easter weekend), May 9 (Mother's Day), and July 3 and 4, 2027.

Rented tables need a tablecloth to protect the wood, yours or ours.
Optional setup
Completely optional. Your rented tables and chairs are in the room either way. Layout Setup is for hosts who want them in a specific arrangement before they arrive.
A Saturday birthday for 64 guests, seated at 8 round tables with tablecloths: $800 venue + $96 tables + $192 chairs + $80 tablecloths = $1,168 total.

Ceremony and reception under one roof, with tables, chairs, setup, and cleaning built in. Wedding prices are the same on every date of the year, peak season included.
The Micro Wedding.
A full wedding, sized for up to 50 guests. Eight hours from setup to exit, with tables, chairs, linens, setup and teardown, the bridal suite, the groom's room, and cleaning all included.

Studio Sessions
A filmed, sit-down interview in our on-site studio, produced by HRZN. Grandparents, parents, the couple, the guest of honor: the stories that never make it into a toast, kept on film for good.

Tell us your date
Send your date, event type, and guest count. We'll confirm availability, usually the same day, and set up a tour if you'd like to see the space first.
Reserve it
Sign the rental agreement and pay half your total. That reservation fee is part of your total, not added on top, and the date is officially yours.
Plan your way
Book the vendors you love and build the day you want. The second half of your total is due 14 days before your event.
A few things people ask before booking.
If you're planning a wedding, you'll choose a wedding package: the micro wedding at $2,500 for up to 50 guests, the 8-hour wedding at $3,400, or the 10-hour wedding at $3,700. Every other event books at our private event rate of $600 on Sunday or $800 on Saturday. That includes baby and bridal showers, birthdays, graduations, rehearsal dinners, reunions, corporate events, holiday parties, and celebrations of life. Spring and fall peak dates work a little differently.

For weddings and micro weddings, yes. For private events, you rent only what you need: round tables are $12, rectangular tables and highboys are $8, chairs are $3, and tablecloths are $10. Everything you rent is set out in the room before you arrive, and rented tables need a tablecloth, yours or ours. If you'd like everything arranged in your exact layout, Layout Setup is an optional $250.
Yes. Your hours are your full time in the building, from the moment you or your vendors arrive to set up until everyone has left. Save time at the end to pack up your decor and take trash to the on-site dumpster. The cleaning after that is on us.
Yes, when the calendar allows: $100 per hour for private events and $300 per hour for weddings. Book extra time ahead so it's built into your agreement. Music ends at 10:00 PM by city ordinance, and the building closes at 11:00 PM.
Yes, with a licensed and insured bartender that you hire. That's required any time alcohol is present, including beer and wine, and guests can never serve themselves. We don't sell or serve alcohol, so build bar service into your budget from the start. It's the detail that surprises people most, which is why it's here. Read our venue policies.
Sign the rental agreement and pay a reservation fee of half your total. It's part of your total, not added to it. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. The reservation fee is nonrefundable, because it takes your date off the calendar for everyone else.
